I didn’t always do this work. As a Pilates instructor, I guide many people to move, to breathe, to feel better, and I noticed something fascinating.. the biggest changes weren’t just physical. When people felt better, their confidence grew and they started making choices that supported them in ways they never had before – myself included.
This led me to go deeper and learn how the brain works, guiding me to become a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist with CPHT, widely recognized as the UK’s gold standard in clinical hypnotherapy.
Once I understood how my brain actually worked, the anxiety that had shadowed me for years began to fade; not through sheer motivation or mindset, but through real understanding and subconscious rewiring, using specific, repeatable processes.
