How It Works
✨Session 1: Reset the Foundation
Initial consultation + Brain Talk (how phobias form and store in the hippocampus).
You’ll receive a relaxing hypnosis MP3 to listen to every night, calming the brain and emptying your stress bucket.
✨Session 2: Prepare for Change
We begin with “What’s Been Good” to shift into the rational brain, followed by gentle trance work.
This gets you comfortable and relaxed — ready for deeper change.
✨Session 3: Break the Loop (REWIND)
We safely collapse the fear template using guided REWIND while in light trance — like pulling out the blocks of a Jenga tower until it falls.
✨Session 4: Build the New (REFRAME)
You describe your ideal scenario — what life looks like once the fear is gone.
I then guide you through it in full sensory language during deep trance, laying new neural foundations.

Hypnotherapy isn’t just relaxing – it’s evidence-backed. Several studies have explored its role in helping people conquer phobias;
There’s solid evidence behind using hypnotherapy to treat phobias. As far back as 1984, a review found hypnosis to be both efficient and effective for tackling specific fears. More recently, a 2022 study showed significant reductions in anxiety and avoidance for people with dental phobia. A 2023 randomised controlled trial found that hypnotherapy also helped those with agoraphobia, with improvements that lasted well after treatment ended. Even brief approaches, such as two well-structured sessions, have been shown to ease intense phobic responses.
