We start by helping your brain feel safe again with a series of weekly hypnotherapy sessions – to help calm the fight-flight response that’s keeping you from becoming the best version of yourself. You’ll start to shift focus from worries to solutions by focusing on what’s working, instead of what’s wrong, guiding you to tap into your own powerful resourceful mind that’s taken a back seat until now.

In fact, the part that surprises most clients.. is how light and forward-focused it feels.

What Working With Michelle Looks Like

In your first Foundation Session, you’ll learn how your mind really works.. and suddenly, things start to make sense.
We’ll explore what you want to achieve, and from there, each session builds in momentum as we take measurable, solution-focused steps toward your goals.

Every session draws on proven brain-training tools and guided hypnosis (trance) to help shift you into a calmer, clearer, more resourceful state.
You’ll track your progress using a simple 0–10 scale, reflect on what’s going well, and respond to powerful, weird & wonderful questions designed to unlock new ways of thinking.

We end each session with ‘couch time’ — a deeply relaxing trance that allows your brain to absorb what it needs at a subconscious level.
Most clients describe it as a full-body exhale.. like a mental reset they didn’t know they needed.

You’ll also receive a hypnosis MP3 to listen to each night before sleep, along with one simple daily habit to practise between appointments.
This keeps the momentum going, supports your nervous system to re-balance naturally.. and often improves sleep within the first week.
