What Working Together Looks Like

In your first Foundation Session, I’ll explain how your mind works and why it’s been holding onto these restless patterns. We’ll map out what you want to change, and I’ll give you a relaxing MP3 to use nightly.

We start by helping your brain feel safe again with a series of weekly hypnotherapy sessions – to help calm the fight-flight response that’s keeping you awake when you should be sleeping.

From there, we usually work together for 8–12 sessions.
Each 60-minute session includes:

🔸Gentle brain training techniques
🔸Guided hypnosis to help you enter a deep state of rest
🔸Tracking progress together using a simple 0–10 scale
🔸And powerful solution-focused conversations to help you feel more like you again
