Most people who smoke or vape already know why they want to stop. The problem isn’t lack of motivation or information. The problem is that, under stress, the brain automatically reaches for nicotine because it has learned that it brings fast relief and that link has become the default response.

That’s why willpower works for a while, until a hard day, a row, tiredness, or stress flips the switch again. In those moments, it doesn’t feel like a choice, it’s an automatic pattern. When those patterns are directly targeted, change can happen quickly, without relying on willpower.

The 90 minute Breakthrough Sessions are hosted by Michelle Monk in Dover and surrounding South East Kent venues. Numbers are kept intentionally small to maintain a calm, focused environment for everyone.

If you don’t live in South East Kent area don’t worry, online sessions are also being planned so you can attend from anywhere with an internet connection.

This is clinical hypnotherapy delivered in a professional, structured way. You remain fully in control throughout. There is no pressure to speak or share anything personal. Most people describe the experience as calming, and deeply relaxing.
