How the process works

1. Foundation Session

We start with a 50 min session where I take the time to really understand what has been happening for you. I’ll explain how your brain creates habits like gambling, why it feels so incredibly difficult to stop even when you want to, and, most importantly how we actually go about changing that.

For a lot of people, this part alone is a relief and find it very insightful.. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of why you’ve been stuck, a simple daily focus to start shifting your thinking straight away, and a hypnosis audio to listen to each night to support the process between sessions.

2. Weekly Sessions

In each session, we focus on what has improved since we last spoke and build from there. We look at small, real-life changes that actually move you forward — not grand gestures or unrealistic expectations, just the kinds of shifts that genuinely make a difference day to day. Every session ends with hypnosis to reinforce a sense of calm, control, and clearer thinking going forward.

3. Building Momentum

As your nervous system begins to regulate and your stress levels reduce, the urge to gamble naturally starts to weaken. You begin to notice the kinds of changes that actually matter.. more control over your decisions, less of that pull towards gambling, better sleep, clearer thinking, and a steadier feeling in your day-to-day life.
